Public hearing on vote for non-partisan!

On Monday, September 28's Town Council meeting, there was an agenda item up for a vote.

"Request to advertise for public hearing for an amendment to the Portsmouth Home Rule Charter regarding non-partisan Town Council and School Committee elections per Home Rule Charter, Section XI."

There will be a public hearing on Tuesday, October 13.
